Tse Hin Lin, Arnold　(Independent Non-Executive Director)

Mr Tse holds a bachelor degree in Social Science (Statistics and Geography) and also a law degree. He has worked for the Hong Kong Government for 10 years and also practiced as a barrister in Hong Kong between 1987 and 1989. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and founded his present firm, A Tse & Fung in 1996. Mr Tse practiced commercial and corporate law, including advising on cross-border acquisitions and commercial transactions.
