We are a team under New Media Group 新傳媒集團 that runs a finance and business brand which includes media platforms of website, social media and a print magazine 經濟一週. We are looking for young and energetic members to join our team.
We are planning a lot of new initiatives, hence we look for people that are keen to work together to rejuvenate the brand and our business, passionate about digital and creativity, and resourceful in solving problems.
We are looking for an individual with experience running digital advertising projects/digital initiatives and conversion-base campaigns. This position will offer more possibilities as we have ownership from creative, production to channel platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative video ideas, flows and frameworks for different brand pages, ensuring they are simple to copy, scalable, and suitable for continuous content production.
- Plan and storyboard short‑form videos (e.g. hook → main content → CTA) that can consistently attract attention, retain viewers and highlight brand messages.
- Use AI tools to support concepting, script drafting, caption options, visual references and versioning of social video content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (account servicing, design, video editors) to ensure each video format can be executed efficiently and aligned with client objectives.
- Optimize existing video formats based on performance results, refining hooks, pacing, length and structure to drive higher engagement and better advertiser feedback.
- Stay up to date with short‑video trends, platform best practices and creative styles across TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts and apply them to our own templates.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in social video, content creation, creative, or digital media roles (agency or media owner experience preferred).
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual flow for short‑form videos, with the ability to turn a simple idea into a clear, repeatable video structure.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT and other creative AI) for idea generation, scriptwriting, captioning or simple visual concepts.
- Familiar with major social platforms and their video content styles, trends and formats.
- Able to present video ideas and frameworks clearly to internal teams and clients, with a portfolio or examples of past work being a plus.
