IT Helpdesk Support Engineer/Technical Support

Job Nature:

  • Provide IT helpdesk support and troubleshoot for end users on hardware, software and networking related issues
  • Handle IT Equipment procurement and IT contract management
  • Design and provide guideline for user trainings
  • No shift work is required

Characters / Qualifications:

  • Have a diploma or above in computer science or a related field
  • 1 year or above of IT support experiences
  • Familiar with windows and Mac operating system
  • Experience in IT procurement especially on software and hardware
  • Good communication, problem solving understanding skills
  • Experience in server/network equipment maintenance is a plus
