Job Nature:
- lead a team of 5+ people including tele-sales and some part-time during peak season to deliver partnership and liaison projects for our clients ranges from banking, payment solution, or other loyalty programs.
- focus on project execution and resources allocations for assigned projects, supervise the project progress and ensure the delivery of projects’ KPIs and timeline
- interface with clients and provide the best solution according to clients’ needs and challenges, perform account servicing duties up to clients’ standard and satisfaction on sales projects
- work with sales or account servicing team on partnership and liaison projects proposal, and also involve in client presentation from time to time.
- the position will have chance to lead marketing activation to build our brands including yearly dining award, branding events. And will work close with different teams, i.e. sales, content and creative team to assist business development team in sales strategy and proposal development, advertising campaign solutions/always-on co-operation and advertising package to answer the client’s need
Characters / Qualifications:
- University graduate
- At least 2-3 year experience in partnership liaison, marketing or account servicing, experience in partnership project experience is a must (candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager role)
- Result driven and proactive in breakthrough thinking of possible execution formats
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Attention to details and good time management
- Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
