Part Time Team Admin - SundayKiss

Job Nature:

1. Team Admin

  • Work closely with Accounting Department and assist the team for project reimbursement and keep systematic record
  • Provide administration support for management reviews, including Sales Report and Attendance Report
  • Answer incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
  • Maintain the basic system and resources within the team
  • Assist in preparation of all documentation related to the projects/events and provide general administrative duties support to the team
  • Assist on-site operation and provide event logistics support if necessary
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

2. Recruitment

  • Responsible for candidates screening, shortlisting and arranging interviews for junior positions
  • Conduct written tests and keep a systematic record for all interviews and test results
  • Develop and implement right recruitment and screening procedures to ensure the right candidates are shortlisted and recruited
  • Assist onboarding process and arrange orientation briefing to welcome new joiners

Characters / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • 1-2 years working experience
  • Highly organised, attention to details
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Good team player and able to work independently and handle multi-tasks effectively
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership
  • Working period: Half day every day (Mon- Fri)
