Business Development Manager (Media sales) - GoTrip

Job Nature:

1.  Insight & Strategy

  • Stay knowledgeable of latest market, client & competitive trends & insight of assigned accounts / categories (travel)
  • Develop winning sales strategy, advertising package and relevant plan to improve revenue performance
  • Develop accurate sales projection with forward planning

2. Business Development/Revenue growth

  • Deliver monthly revenue target and related KPIs with NMG Multimedia Advertising products (online & offline) & other value-added services for assigned accounts
  • Prospect, acquire and grow new accounts or new business
  • Actively approach existing clientele for business development

3. Client Management

  • Ensure client satisfaction and build long term/deep relationship as a preferred digital partner (with client and media / advertising agencies)

4. Business Proposal & Implementation

  • Actively partner with Account Service Team to develop winning proposals, lead or support project pitch based on client nature and/or project size
  • Collaborate with Content Team to develop paid content ideas for clients
  • Collaborate with Account Service Team and other internal partners to ensure smooth delivery of project

 

Characters / Qualifications:

  • 5+ years successful Business Development / Sales or relevant experience
  • Confident, result-oriented & aggressive self-driver
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong resilience under pressure, good at multi-tasking & problem-solving
  • Committed & mature leader with positivity, as well as good team player
  • Fast learner with agility in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience & knowledge of digital / social media is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Willing to travel for business trip if necessary
  • Experience in travel industry will be a plus
