Responsibilities
- AI-Assisted Coding: Use tools like Cursor or LLMs to speed up routine coding; focus your effort on architecture, security, and complex logic.
- Technical Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical specs. Verify the 「Real Need」 before implementation.
- Full-Stack Development: Build web applications using Node.js (Nest.js) and React (Next.js).
- AI Integration: Implement practical AI features (e.g., smart workflows, automated data processing) into business applications.
- Quality Control: Review AI-generated code for security risks and errors.
- Collaboration: Work with the Project Manager to ensure delivery aligns with user needs.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Experience: 2–4 years in web development.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js (Nest.js is a plus) and API development.
- Frontend: Competent in React.js (Next.js), HTML, and CSS.
- Cloud: Basic understanding of Docker or Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Operational Skills:
- AI Literacy: Practical experience integrating LLMs/AI APIs into applications.
- AI Workflow: Proven ability to use AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation efficiency.
- User Focus: Ability to analyze requirements and question specifications to solve the actual business problem.
- Communication: Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adopt new tools as technology shifts.
