Responsibilities
- Handle routine maintenance tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
- Independently analyze issues reported by end-users, identify root causes, and communicate with relevant stakeholders to drive effective solutions.
- Assist the Senior Project Executive and Project Manager in the project life cycle, including administrative & documentation support
- Monitor and track project progress and actively report updates and issues to the Senior Project Executive or Project Manager.
- Support system maintenance and enhancement activities, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring deliverables meet defined quality standards.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-assisted tools or digital solutions to enhance project management efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 year(s) of working experience is preferred, IT project coordination or management is preferred. Candidates with less working experience can also be considered.
- Willing to undertake detailed and repetitive maintenance tasks with accuracy and commitment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Demonstrated interest in adopting and applying AI technologies to improve project operations and task efficiency.
- Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Responsible, proactive, open-minded and logical thinker with strong organizational skills and flexibility in handling dynamic needs in tasks.
