Job Nature:
- Hands-on Production: Independently handle on-site video shooting and post-production editing for small-scale commercial and sponsored videos.
- Sales Support: Create high-quality performance showcases to support the sales team. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, engaging ideas for client videos.
- Home Program Execution: Produce and edit video content for the regular Home Program schedule, working off the strategy set by the Video Producer.
- Client & Team Communication: Communicate with clients regarding project details, and work with various departments on content projects to ensure a smooth process and deliver good results.
- Trend Integration: Keep up-to-date with latest social media trends, especially Local Travel, GBA, Shopping and smart spending etc, to keep our commercial content relevant and engaging.
Characters / Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Journalism or related discipline (such as Creative Media, Film/TV Production, or Multimedia Design).
- 2 years of hands-on video production experience.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome but preferred a strong eye for visual composition, storytelling, and detail
- Proficiency in using Sony or DJI cameras and possessing own photography and shooting equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is essential.
- Solid knowledge of Reel production is required, with familiarity using AI tools for video production being a bonus. Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator) are also a plus.
- Good storytelling skills with analytical and decision-making abilities. You should have a keen sense of what’s trending in lifestyle and passion for discovering new things.
- Occasional work on holidays and travel outside of Hong Kong may be required.
