Key Responsibilities:

1. XHS Product Solutions Development

5. NMG China Solution Development

  • Develop a roadmap for China-focused product development, including timelines, KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, client retention), and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product & content) to design and launch innovative advertising solutions tailored to the unique demands of the China market.
  • Pilot new product concepts, packages, or bundled offerings that align with advertiser goals and platform capabilities, ensuring scalability and profitability.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future content strategies.
  • Partner with XHS platform representatives to co-develop custom solutions, leveraging platform-specific tools if necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the digital advertising or social media industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Xiaohongshu (XHS) platform, including its advertising products, user behaviour, and trends.
  • Strong understanding of the China digital marketing landscape and advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Job Nature:

  • Grow and monitor website and app traffic: Implement strategies to increase overall traffic to the Weekend Weekly digital platforms, including the website and mobile app
