Job Summary
We are a new business unit spin out from Weekend Weekly 新假期 that focus on smart spending and offers in town. We are looking for energetic team members that are keen to work together to develop a new business unit, passionate about digital and creativity, and resourceful in solving problems.
This Content & Partnerships Manager role needs to develop content that can arouse interest and drive conversion, so the role requires an analytical mind with content background. You will help grow our online presence and drive conversion, by managing and optimizing digital content focused on promotions and offers. As our Content & Partnerships Manager, you will lead and drive the development and curation of engaging digital content related to deals, jetso, offers, and smart spending across our social media channels and products (website, app). As part of the content will be created with external collaborators, you will need to work with a network of content contributors to ensure all content aligns with our brand, resonates with our audience, and drives engagement and follower growth.
Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Partnership
- In charge of content for our website, social pages, inhouse campaigns and also client projects. Topics related to credit card, dining, shopping, and lifestyle offers.
- Work with brands / merchants to co-create offer-based content and enhance brand storytelling.
- Develop and manage a network of Micro Influencers (MI) and content collaborators to deliver authentic and relatable stories
- Develop content ideas with client potential and handle client projects/campaigns deliverable, including social, advertorial, notification and push, video etc
2. AI-Driven & SEO-Centric Content Creation
- Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to enhance content efficiency and volume.
- Apply entity-based SEO strategies to create deep, authoritative content in key verticals, positioning our platform as a trusted expert in the eyes of search engines.
- Track and analyze content performance data to continuously refine strategy and improve organic reach.
3. Community Building & Engagement
- Continuously evaluate content performance to identify what drives engagement and conversion.
- Utilize analytics to optimize creative approach and channel mix, ensuring consistent audience and engagement growth.
4. Content Performance & Conversion Driven
- Drive content-initiated activations including meet up events, ranking and awards, small to medium events etc. that can help build our brands
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or any related fields.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing digital content on social media and websites, preferably in deal, offer, or e-commerce platforms.
- Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and results across multiple channels.
- Experience with SEO strategy, content analytics, and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical mindset, that able to analyze content effectiveness in driving interest and conversion
- Strong proactiveness and resourceful to work on a start up unit
