Job Nature:
- Led the setup, logistics, and on-site management for in-house and client-facing events to boost brand awareness and reader engagement.
- Coordinated with external vendors, sponsors, and venue partners to deliver high-impact event activations and cross-promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies in order to boost readership, subscriptions, and engagement
- Create and write web articles, social media posts (FB, IG), and video flow independently;
- Develop and execute sales pitches and marketing projects to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
- Initiate ideas and execute in-house marketing campaigns across various channels e.g. digital, social media, events and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Partner with KOLs, influencers, and brands to drive viral interaction and maximize project reach.
Characters / Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, preferable in Business, Marketing and related field
- With 2+ years working experience in event management / marketing / media platform marketing / brand partnerships
- Candidates with Account Servicing background in advertising agency or digital agency will also be relevant
- Track record in organizing award, seminar, competition, event planning etc.
- Experience in PR, marketing planning and execution in media area
- Love digital and social channels
- Strategic & pragmatic thinker, analytical while creative
- Good project management skills. Well-organized, attention to details & follow through execution
- Self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills that are able to work well with different teams
- Strong presentation (English & Chinese) & interpersonal skills
