Job Nature:
- Drive the development of innovative and engaging content program in core areas “Eat. Play. Shopping.”, and establish our brand as the favorite one among users when they want to look for something to do in their leisure time.
- Oversee social media channels, creating content and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, and ultimately drive business opportunities.
- In charge of all our product including web and app, including content curation, feature development, drive organic traffic and user stickiness
- Establish guideline and system to train junior editors to create content efficiently, and to adapt content created to multiple channels (web, social) based on the channel nature.
Characters / Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in editorial, experience on digital is a must, with in-depth content knowledge in food / dining / shopping / lifestyle area
- Passionate and innovative, able to come with new ideas for the brand and strong execution skill
- Resourceful, well connected in the field, able to line up influencers, and brands for content programs and content partnership.
- Business mind, able to leverage editorial connections to drive business opportunities
- Knowledgeable in social, web traffic analytics, app and SEO.
- Track record in creating engaging content in media industry
- Team management experience, and good training for junior colleagues.
- Good project management skills.
