Summary
This position will in charge of the partnership and liaison projects for our clients. He/She will work on project management and account servicing duties for partnership and liaison projects.
Responsibilities
- In charge of Banking Credit Card Year-Round-Offer projects, and also tactical liaison projects as assigned
- Work with business development team to get merchants onboard, negotiate the deals and details, agreement preparation and follow up, Point of Sale Material (POSM) materials production, offer table preparation, liaise with merchants on all the communications materials approval, offer launch and post campaign monitoring
- Handle data input, document preparation, communication materials, enquires and proofreading
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Prepare project reports, monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide insights
- Involve in tactical brand marketing campaign in non-peak seasons including 新假期必吃食店大獎，e-commerce projects, etc.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines with 1-2 years of working experience
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management, data input, proofreading, and liaise and coordinate merchant materials
- Knowledge in data handling and documentation via Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to details and with good time management
- Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
- Result driven and proactive in coming up with a more efficient way in execution
