About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Content Manager who can both create and front our digital presence. You will leverage AI tools to produce high-impact content, analyze performance in real time, and implement strategies to maximize reach and engagement—all while being the recognizable face of our brand.
Responsibilities
- AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate, optimize, and repurpose engaging content across platforms, maintaining brand voice and quality.
- On-Camera Presentation: Comfortably present, host, or explain content in video formats (e.g., tutorials, updates, interviews) to build brand connection.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and identify trends.
- Traffic & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies (SEO, social, cross-platform) to increase visibility, followers, and inbound traffic.
- Content Optimization: Continuously A/B test and refine content based on data insights to improve performance.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or any related fields
- Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, performance analysis, and growth strategy.
- Comfortable and charismatic on camera, with ability to present ideas clearly.
- Hands-on experience using AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
