Summary
We are looking for an AI Product Builder to join our team. In this role, you will not focus on writing traditional, low-level source code. Instead, you will use generative AI assistants, low-code platforms, and conversational programming (“vibe coding”) to build, test, and ship functional applications at lightning speed. You will bridge the gap between product strategy and rapid execution, transforming ideas into production-ready workflows and user-facing tools in days rather than months.
Responsibilities
- Rapid Prototyping: Build clickable prototypes, landing pages, and interactive product features instantly using AI-assisted environments.
- Workflow Automation: Design and deploy multi-agent workflows, internal dashboards, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to streamline business operations.
- System Integration: Connect AI models (LLMs) with APIs, databases, and third-party tools to create seamless end-to-end automations.
- Continuous Iteration: Prompt, debug, and refine AI-generated outputs based on user feedback, focusing heavily on UX/UI and usability.
- AI Tool Evaluation: Source, test, and implement emerging generative AI tools and low-code infrastructure to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Requirements
- AI Fluency: Mastery of generative coding assistants, autonomous agents, and LLM interfaces (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI API).
- Low-Code/No-Code Stack: Deep experience with visual development and automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Bubble, Retool).
- Technical Judgment: Ability to audit AI-generated code, understand basic data structures, manipulate JSON/APIs, and troubleshoot integration errors.
- Product Mindset: Strong domain knowledge in product experimentation, rapid testing, and user-centric design.
- Adaptability: Exceptional speed in learning new software and a high tolerance for ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
