Responsibilities:
- Establish project scope, system goals, and requirements by coordinate with PM and stakeholders
- Preparing and evaluating alternative solutions plan
- Plan and prioritize tasks, identify first focus that deliver high value
- Define technical specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Lead and manage internal and external developers to work according to requirements, planning, specifications per project
- Hands-on development when necessary
- Provide documentation of system operation and training as needed
- Troubleshoot system fault and find solutions
- Implement best practices for scalability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Diploma, associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent industry experience
- 4 years+ of solid work experience in web development
- Strong knowledge and hand on experience of backend technologies Node.js (eg. Nest.js), PHP, Python
- Strong knowledge and hand on experience of frontend technologies React.js (Next.js), ES6+, CSS
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on cloud solution (e.g. AWS, GCP) is a plus
- Good knowledge of DevOps & Agile development (esp. Docker, K8S, AWS)
- Self-motivated, energetic and passionate in exploring new technology
