Key Responsibilities:
Programmatic Private Deal (PMP)
- Work with agencies and PMP partners to set up and optimize campaigns, ensuring advertisers hit their KPIs and deliver budgets in full
- Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues across Google Ad Manager and any other PMP platforms
- Collaborate with Business Development colleagues to help drive performance and account growth
- Act as a PMP expert, consulting and educating internal teams on platform best practices, and industry news
Ad Tech Implementation
- Liaise with programmatic SSP partners to ensure smooth ad tech setup process
- Perform daily monitoring and reporting of performance to ensure KPIs and objectives are met.
- Analyze large sets of campaign data using Excel or other dashboard tools to create actionable insights
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all processes follow compliance and quality standards.
Display Ad Product Management
- Oversee the lifecycle of advertising products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals.
- Manage product roadmaps, prioritise features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration and optimal product performance.
Others
- Provide administrative support to the ad operations team and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate or 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to create reports and presentations efficiently.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, or other ad tech platforms is an advantage.
- Well-organised with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
