Job Nature:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance market awareness, recognition, engagement, and sales opportunities
- Lead brand activation and marketing execution, including online campaigns, events, awards, seminars, sharing sessions, and school programs
- Build and expand networks with key stakeholders, such as schools, NGOs
- Create and enhance programs to grow and activate our key audience, including initiatives
- Strong capability in lead generation, marketing analysis, and driving audience engagement.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Manage related marketing budgets and partner with sales to drive revenue for marketing programs.
Characters / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 year experience preferably in the kids/parenting field, media platform marketing or brand partnerships. Account servicing background in advertising or digital agency is also relevant.
- Track record in organizing awards, seminars, competitions and events
- Experience in PR, marketing planning and execution in parenting area
- Experience in payment gateway and app development, with advantage
- Love digital and social channels, strategic and pragmatic thinker
- Good project management skills, well-organized, attention to details and follow-through execution
- Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership, able to work under pressure and with different teams. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
